- The Tramshed 32 Rivington Street
Feeling the Christmas cheer yet? No? Us neither. Despite stuffing ourselves silly with mini mince pies last week to try and warm our cockles, the festive feeling just hasn’t quite reached our blood stream. Perhaps we haven’t had enough mulled wine yet?
So, if you, like us are not quite ready for all things Christmas, and find the stark lights of Oxford Street anything but festive, then you need to get down to Circus. Created by discerners of style, House of Hackney, this is a five-day shopping extravaganza. Popping up in East London, Circus is showcasing some of the best emerging British designers and fashion labels, such as Les Chiffoniers, Paper London, Fred Butler, Maria Zureta and Polly Morgan, to name but a few.
Then once you’ve shopped ’til you drop, wash the day down with cider and mulled wine and munch on enough cakes to carry you through the winter – these will be provided by the scrummy bakery Lily Vanilli.
CIRCUS is also hosting Fashion Trunk Show where fashionistas will sell their covetable wares with donations going to the charity Crisis’ Christmas Dinner campaign, so don’t worry it’s not all about shopping, you can get charitable too!
Circus starts today and goes on until Sunday 18 December at Tramshed, 10am-8pm
